Fully Automatic Winding Machine:

By adopting advanced fully automatic winding machines and bipolar ear technology, achieving daily production capacity of 200K 18650 cylindrical cells and 150K 26650 cylindrical cells.

Fully-automated Assembly Line:

Advanced fully-automated assembly lines with high equipment stability, equipped with online detection such as rolling groove size, bottom welding tension, Hi-pot, X-ray alignment, electrolyte filling volume, sealing size and CCD visual inspection of each process.

Digital Process Control:

Formation & Grading Workshop employs automated barcode recognition, formation, grading, OCV testing and sorting, achieving one-to-one digital tracking for 1 million cells.

Intelligent Quality Inspection:

The cell production process adopts comprehensive online inspection, effectively reducing errors and defects caused by manual operations to ensure product stability and consistency.

Automatic Battery Pack Intelligent  Assembly Line:

The PACK production equipment is fully equipped, featuring stable system performance and a long service life, providing superior fully automated end-to-end solutions for production.   It can achieve an assembly capacity of 10K cylindrical battery  cells per hour.

High Precision Prismatic Cell Spot Welding:

The battery cells can be fully inspected, enabling a daily assembly output of 1,000 prismatic battery cells.

End-to-End Quality Control Process:

The PACK assembly production line adopts quality intervention  calibration and inspection throughout the entire process. All battery packs are shipped with 100% inspection.
