Manufacturing Process
The positive electrode material uses lithium cobaltate LiCoO2, ternary material Ni+Mn+Co, or lithium manganate LiMn2O4 with conductive agent and binder, coated on aluminum foil. The negative electrode uses layered graphite with conductive agent and binder coated on copper foil base tape.
Production Steps:
  • Pulping: Mixing powdery positive and negative active materials with special solvent and binder to form slurry
  • Coating film: Uniform coating on metal foil surface using automatic coating machine, then automatic drying and cutting
  • Assembling: Layering positive electrode sheet, separator, negative electrode sheet, separator with electrolyte injection and sealing
  • Chemicalization: Charging and discharging tests to screen qualified finished batteries
